Arline L. SantiagoExecutive VP, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel
Arline joined ESL in 2008 as Senior Vice President/General Counsel and assumed the role of Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President in 2022. This position includes management and oversight of the organization’s legal, compliance, corporate strategy and analytics, and payments and support teams. She also chairs the ESL Planning Committee and serve on its Governance and Employee Benefit Plans Committees and as our corporate secretary. Prior to joining ESL, Arline was a member of Eastman Kodak Company’s Legal Department, where she worked with its legal department’s marketing, antitrust, and litigation group, and as a member of its corporate and regulatory affairs legal group. Previously, Arline was in private practice, focusing on commercial litigation matters in the Philadelphia area. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Yale University and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She is a member of the Monroe County and American bar associations.
Arline is also active in the community; she has served as Co-Chair of the Monroe County and City of Rochester’s Commission on Racial & Structural Equity (RASE), and currently serves on the board of Ibero-American Action League, Foodlink Foundation, and the Rochester Area Community Foundation. Arline also previously served on the boards of Foodlink Inc, Volunteers of America Upstate NY, and with SUNY Brockport’s summer LEAP Advisory Board.
